"Customer service is not just words it’s actions. From the moment we speak to the time a person is running to their shuttle. Should a common mishap occur and one miss a prepaid reservation then at minimum a complimentary stay should be offered with some care package to say “we care”. Money doesn’t materialize out of thin air so patrons efforts to book and pay to stay should be met with enthusiasm and care. "Worst hotel in raleigh. There’s bugs in the rooms, the toilet was broke in my room, and you can’t go out your room without someone asking for change or drugs. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy."
