That room smelt like a wet dog. Quality Inn's idea of handicap accessible is hand rail in the tub, when my issue is raising my leg high enough to get in and out of the shower. The desk clerk tried to help but I demanded a written letter from her so they didn't try to blame me for the smell in those two rooms. At least her hand writing was better than her broken English."

The Staff person explained it was an overbooked situation as some guests wanted to extend their stay. There was no communication from this IHG property - none!! We ended driving to Findlay to find availability at 1:00AM. I will never book with ANY iHG property EVER again."
