"Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs.
Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment.
Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well.
Highly recommend this property! "

"Lovely room, lots of useful amenities including Nespresso machine as well as kettle, bathrobes, etc. Comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely continental breakfast.
Just a few comments, only a low stool, no chair in room, no wardrobe, just 3 hooks and 4 clothes hangers, bathroom had nowhere to put washbasin, and towels on rail high on wall above loo, so difficult to get to. We understand the hotel has only just been refurbished so staff said they would pass these comments...

"I stayed here for the Jane Austen festival and the staff were so helpful. I was traveling solo so they were kind enough to help me finish getting my dresses on. They were all so wonderful, the breakfast was tasty and it was a very lovely place to stay. I would not hesitate to stay there again."
