"I last stayed in this hotel ten years ago. I was impressed them and was equally impressed again this time. The hotel is very clean, the staff were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good quality and tasty. The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and a lovely hot shower. The hotel now has super fast 400mb broadband which was a very welcome addition. Being only 30 minutes from the airport it was ideal for my short break"

"The hotel is near several stores, an U-Bahn (Sophie-Charlotte-Platz), an S-Bahn (Charlottenburg) and you are very fast into the middle of Berlin. The hotel is clean, easy to find and the receptionists are helpful. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is good. The only thing I miss is a coffee machine. I have been here two times before and I can still recommend this hotel. A very big compliment to the waiter of the restaurant! "

"I liked the fact that breakfast started at 6am and great choice. The windows were fantastic at blocking out sound and blackout curtains really worked. Staaff were friendly and helpful."

"Geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Liegt direkt an der U Bahn Station Bismarckstraße. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Nur drei U Bahn Stationen vom Zoologischen Garten entfernt. "

"Es gab keine Erklärung für die Klimaanlage, der Safe war leider defekt. Dennoch war das Zimmer sehr sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet. Eine Minibar fehlte leider auch die eigenen Getränke konnten leider nicht kalt gestellt werden. "

"We loved our stay at Louisa’s Place. The staff was so thoughtful and welcoming! A special thank you to Lea, who checked us in. The location allowed us to explore Berlin by foot and public transport. The U-Bahn is steps away. It’s a lovely, clean, quiet hotel. The suite was very spacious, much larger than we expected, and offered ample storage and closet space. "The place is very spacious and the dining is very generous portions. The prices are very, very fair and the staff and local guests are incredibly accommodating. There is a very special member of staff who is an icon to this residence and meeting her is worth the stay alone. Marvellous."
