The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. "The room itself was clean and everything covered. The entrance hall and stairs are tired and requie a spruce up. The security deposit and photo ID before check in seems over the top as I only had a one night stay. It was great value for money and excellent location. Would I use again? Perhaps, but the ID and security bond puts me off."

"Lovely clean modern apartment. Just what we needed for 1 night stay, 2 Adults and 3 Children, all slept comfortably. 2 double beds in one room and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. Only issue if you like to sleep in darkness, the bedroom goes dark well at night with the 2 double beds but the lounge area has a glass ceiling with no pull down blinds/curtains so in the summer, could be a issue.
