My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. "The breakfast was minimal, when things needed replenished , the one staff on site acted put out and only added items when asked. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. I pray our next hotel is as advertised."

"The front desk man was wonderful. Sorry I do not remember his name. He offered us a coupon for Texas Roadhouse which we walked there for dinner. Parking was well lit, room was clean but Hampton needs to upgrade their toilets. I thought I was falling, they are so low. Breakfast was hot and easy to navigate."
