"We stayed there for 5 days. Staff never smiles (except the guy who works the counter and the maintenance man). Couldn’t get them to clean the room (room service) the whole time (had to ask before 8am; every time they said they were too busy that day!)…to place the trash outside the room. The place was good, but the staff wasn’t so good about 90% of the time. They made us feel like WE were asking too much of them."

"We had a great family stay here. Seeing the water park and amenities gave me the push to book here versus another cheaper option. So glad we did. The room was perfect. Very large, my daughter got to have her own room and bathroom, and the master had an en suite as well. Nice big kitchen with everything you need. The outdoor pool area was clean, tons of seating, and super fun. We even used the indoor pool later in the day once the sun went down (it’s open until 10!) for a little fun before bedtime with our 5 year old. The staff was super nice, especially the sweet girl who was working the towel area outside, she went looking for a floatie for my daughter. Able to have an extra hour at check out for no additional cost. We will definitely book here again when we come back next year!"

"I would not recommend staying more than one night. The breakfast they serve is a joke. There was orange juice, apple juice, granola bars, apples, and goldfish for breakfast options. The hotel itself had a bad smell and the room smelled like mildew. The water machine in the gym had hot water despite having a cold water dispenser, it did not work. The sauna had no light in it. It was not a comfortable stay when I went to the front desk to inquire about getting my room serviced with new sheets. I was informed that they do it every three days despite the sheets we had having a burn hole. The front desk workers were very unfriendly overall."
