"This is a rather standard no-frills place but staff was great, location convenient, and price unbeatable! The property is dated and wish they had a no-slip mat for taking shower. Otherwise, I say "bravo!""

"This property needs plenty of TLC. I was surprised at the condition of many things starting with the elevator. I can’t say that it was the neatness or cleanliness that am accustomed to seeing in this brand hotel. It was however a comfortable sleep at best. We did double check on the check out time and were reassured we had the time correct. In both of the rooms we rented we were bothered not once but twice by housekeeping. "Everything was picture perfect!!"

"Clean and convenient hotel. We e stayed here multiple times while attending events at Schroeder swimming pool. We like this place as it allows dogs. It’s a 2 minute drive to Schroeder. There’s a Dunkin Donuts nearby. There’s an awesome Thai restaurant within walking distance. I rated 4 stars only because the property is a bit old."

"Older hotel, manager was obnoxious and rude most staff very friendly, clean area, charge extra to change sheets even when you stay over a week and you offer to change the bedding yourself "

"Check in staff was a nice lady. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the major issue was the door. It didn’t shut tight at all, we had to slam the door otherwise anyone from the hallway can just Push the door and come in the room. When my husband realized the door didn’t close properly from the outside of the door there was a house keeper who told him to “slam the door shut.” There were no extra trash bags either so I had to go ask the front desk twice. "The room was clean and the hallways were clean. Breakfast selection was great. The Staff was very good to excellent. The check-in desk was very busy, with tornado warnings, guests check-ins, and questions about "what to do in if the tornado warning affected North Milwaukee/Glendale.""

"We had great service and assistance w anything we needed. However once we arrived we found the pool was closed (during the week) and the onsite restaurant was also closed. The staff assisting us did inform us before we completed check-in, and we decided to go ahead and stay anyway. "
