"Room did what it was supposed to do for us. Allow us to sleep but the super strong of smell of bleach to hide the Cigarette smoke scent had to be aired out. Door lock didnt open up when we came back later that night. They need to update those locks ASAP."

"We arrived late at night after 9 hr drive . We were just looking for a clean bed nothing special. The room was very dirty , was not clean , most if not all linens , towels had stains , the floors had dead bugs and dirt in corners . Most outlets didn’t work . In 30 years of travel this is now the third and hopefully last time we have this experience . "
