"I had the biggest room booked for the best view. I paid extra for everything but at the day when I arrived at 2 nice booked I came in. I checked in on the Ac was on full low. I asked them to increase it and they said it’s working it’s just gonna take 15 minutes to start up and I kept just hearing 15 minutes every hour the Ac never turned on. It was too hot in the room open windows nothing worked ended up leaving, couldn’t stay the night."

"Great budget place to stay overall! Quick air conditioned ride into London on the Elizabeth line got us everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. "Alie was a wonderful host and came quickly to welcome me and offered to help with my bags. The room was great, really clean and the bathroom was perfect. Might have liked a little more room to hang clothes but there were hangers on the back of the door. Alie also offered me an iron and board and said to call on her if I needed anything. Room had kettle, tea, coffee and water too. Really comfy bed. My only issue us that I was woken up one morning by someone having sex!! I'm not sure from which...

"A beautiful manor hotel with delicious food and the best smelling toiletries I’ve had used! We stayed for a night as we were going to a gig at Tottenham Hotspur. The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. We ordered room service (a halloumi burger and a cheese toastie), absolutely delicious! There were two fans in our room which we definitely appreciated during the heatwave. The grounds are stunning. Will definitely stay again!"
