"For an overnight stay the Greenwich Pensioner is perfect. Very close to the O2, it's only a short trip on the 108. The staff couldn't be nicer. The only downsides were the separate, communal bathroom and the fact that it is on the airport fly path, so peace and quiet is out. Saying this, if you just want somewhere to sleep after a long day sightseeing this could just be the place for you."

"Clean comfortable room, good base for exploring"

"Check in was very easy and we found it with ease from Paddington Station. We were on the 3rd floor which is actually 6 flights up and 60 stairs so that's your warning. Our room faced the street and we like to keep out window open so there were sirens each night as its near a hospital. The room was adequate for 2 ladies and we had twin beds. The bathroom was very tiny and we could not bend over in the shower, it was tight. There should be another flat surface for a 2nd suitcase even if its...

"Very nice room, very clean and well furnished with plenty of storage space. Good breakfast and I had a meal in the evening too which was also very nice. Great value too"

"We ended up in a room on the top floor and we had to climb many flights of stairs. The bunk beds were small and not very good. They moved us to a better room which is what we were expecting - with twin beds. Not very impressed with the room. The place was centrally located and a 5 minute or less walk to the station."

"Very close to tube station. We had to be moved from the first room as the sofa bed was unusable. Second room was larger and the sofa bed was ok. Wouldn’t want the girls to have slept on if to more than a night or so.. the shower was’t the best but did the job for one shower. Pub was lovely with a great range of beers and the food was excellent. Staff were really helpful.and friendly."
