Ordering individual items from a menu is not available. Considering the expensive price, one would expect more than the bare minimum items in the room and lobby."

"Emailed multiple times asking for interconnecting rooms and a cribs for two rooms. Made sure to email 4-5 times ahead of the trip to ensure a smooth check in after a long flight with young kids. We get there and the reception stars are you with blank expressions. Gormless grunts incompetent and incapable of doing anything without being asked several times. Eventually gave us two rooms next to each other. Neither with a crib, ask for 2 cribs, they bring one. Goes back to get another. Forgets...
