"The property is close enough to the beach to be able to walk there. Which is super convenient so you dont have to worry about finding parking by the beach. The unit was cute and spacious. Really enjoyed the back porch to relax on after a long day. "

"The upstairs is significantly warmer than the downstairs. Could use some updates and quicker internet. Stray cats all around the property but that’s not really a big deal. "

"Wonderful experience. Location, location, location! Great parking, central to everything. We enjoyed the nightlife and the convenient of everything right in walking distance of the condo. Love the fact that the hall way is air conditioned. The tram service to the beach is on time and easy. One thing I would like to see is the addition of a cordless vacuum in the condo. Would love to be able to do a quick vacuum to help control the sand when coming back from the beach."

"The one bedroom, one bath fit our needs for our stay. The trundle bed in the living area was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The unit was just a very short walk to the beach. The Moon Crush music venue was easy access by walking."
