"During our stay, we were very pleased with most aspects of the service and hospitality provided. The staff was friendly and attentive, the facilities were clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was quite enjoyable. The only inconvenience was that the hotel advertised a beach shuttle service that was ultimately not available. However, the hotel made up for this by offering complimentary evening drinks and dinners, which helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we would recommend this hotel for its quality, customer service, and commitment to guest satisfaction. My final rating is 5 Stars"

"We chose this hotel based on its rating on Expedia and the photos displayed in the listing. One of the photos showed a beautiful beach, which led us to believe that the hotel was located directly on the beach. Given that we paid nearly $450 per night for a double room, our expectations were understandably high. Our first disappointment was the parking situation. Although parking was advertised as free, it was poorly organized, and at times we had to park as far as half a mile from the hotel. The second disappointment was discovering that the beach shown in the photos was actually several miles away, requiring us to drive to reach it. This was not made clear in the listing. Finally, while the hotel is located within a larger resort area, the hotel itself is not a resort. As a result, guests end up paying premium prices without receiving the resort amenities that the advertising and location might suggest. Overall, the property did not meet the expectations created by its online presentation, especially considering the price paid."

"We requested pillows four times over two days before we were given a code to a dank linen closet to get them. The bedspread was stained and the unit felt dirty. I do not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere you can get service and a clean room."

"Clean room, Great location to food, shopping & restaurants. Gym was nicely stocked for full workouts and very clean. Overall great place to stay for a night or long vacation. Also a plus, onsight Starbucks and very good size restaurant and common area."
