"We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London."

"No tengo las palabras para describir este lugar, empezando por la ubicación, está muy bien ubicado cercas de la estación South Kensington y es muy seguro
La habitación, cuenta con todo lo que necesitas, la cama es cómoda, el Internet funciona muy bien, la ducha excelente, el radiador y el AC, una caja de seguridad, plancha y secadora de cabello, el lugar es muy limpio, cuando hicieron la limpieza de mi habitación lo dejaron encantador
El check in y check out fue rápido y pata cualquier pregunta...

"The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. "Do not recommend. The room was ridiculously tiny — and I’m 5’0” and 115 lbs. It felt more like a jail than a hotel room. The place was stuffy, had no A/C, and there was no actual staff available to help, just some useless robot chat on WhatsApp.
When my travel plans unexpectedly changed, they refused to work with me to simply adjust the dates of my stay because they clearly just didn’t want to. Customer service was awful, and the place wasn’t even clean to begin with.

"Everything about this place is amazing. Location couldn’t be better with a bus stop right in front. The room was cozy with lots of personal touches, tea, sugar, milk, and coffee. Morning breakfast was fresh, healthy, and amazingly good. One of the highlights of London."
