"Our family of 4 just returned from a weekend at the Beachliner. The location can’t be beat, just a few houses in from the pristine Ocean Grove beach. There are ample sitting areas, from the front yard and porch to multiple decks, some with ocean views. Our room was #12, on the third floor. Our window looked out onto the back deck, which was a 5 foot walk from our room and felt like our own outdoor space. The room wasn’t huge but was large enough for our family; with comfy beds and fresh towels...

"The property is charming and historic. With that the room was tiny and awkward. The sink was in the bedroom and there only two electrical outlets. One for the window A/C and the other behind the bed. Great breakfast. Two coffee options, various hot and cold choices. Porches to sit out and enjoy the fresh sea air. Street parking was no problem. Just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk. One other unusual item was the doorknobs. They are very low. You have to bend down really low to lock...

"The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there."
