"Parking- If you plan on staying. Please beware that you may have to park across the street at their sister property the Marriott if arriving late back to the hotel. Parking was free and valet parking was also offered as well. They have 4 parking floors. The highest floor is 4 and once you get out of your car on the 4th floor you have to hop on the elevator and go to whichever floor you're on. Breakfast- is free. They offered a variety of cereal, waffles, coffee,tea, eggs, sausage, toast,...

"I was in town for a wedding I was traveling with My dad that is very sick with cancer .I called the hotel a few times talk to the desk and also sent email to the hotel that I would need early check in and due to the fact my dad is on oxygen and has other health issue I need to confirm what time I could get in the room . I was told they could let me check in early and I should call the morning of check in . I talked to the desk that morning ( call number 4 and 3 emails...

"The property was clearly an older lower quality hotel that Hilton purchased and tried to revamp. It was connected to a Hampton inn. The stench of you smelled when you walked in lingered through the entire hotel. The elevators were sketchy and dirty. The rooms carpet smelled like someone spilled spoiled milk that someone put carpet cleaner and vacuumed. There was rust around the bathroom, no light in the bathroom light fixture. Their wall behind the door felt like if you pushed it would cave in,...

"I’ve stayed at this hotel often. Location location location. This time my room seems to have been renovated. The bathroom specifically. Looks to be mostly new. And despite World Cup soccer and weddings and business meetings the property felt wide open and spacious. Parking is a little more expensive this time. The front desk staff and coffee shop cafe staff are permanently happy and smiling. I will be staying here again."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a wonderful experience. The room layout was excellent, with separate areas that made the space feel comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and move around. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that changed daily. It was something we looked forward to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!"

"I was scheduled for a 9am surgery at Morristown hospital but when I got to my car I found the battery had died. Mr Wilson at the front desk helped us get someone to jump start the car he then drove me to the hospital so my wife could go to Autozone.He was a lifesaver for going above and beyond. Thanks again"

"The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again."

"Unfortunately the hotel had surprisingly canceled our reservation some time ago because another customer with the same last name was canceling theirs … it was an annoying and stressful situation at our check in since we were in town for a family party, but it could have been worse if they had no rooms left. Fortunately we were able to get two rooms as we had reserved. Unfortunately we got a smaller rooms at a higher rate :("
