Wifi, ice machine, and air conditioning all worked well. Breakfast included was plentiful and had a good selection, and location was convenient with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby."

"I was pleasantly surprised to find our room very clean and spacious! The bathroom was immaculate and had dispensers in the shower with shampoo and conditioner along with body wash. The towels were a good size and sparkling white. The bed linens were clean and soft. And my husband loved the hot tub in the room! The staff were friendly and helpful with ideas for restaurants. If we come this way again we will certainly stay at the Super 8!"

"We came up here to go to the Indiana Sanddunes State Park. It was super close and the property was very nice. The breakfast staff was excellent."

"A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...

"The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options."

"They only clean the room once every three days. We requested additional towels from room service since we like to shower every day, and they didn't arrive. Had a suboptimal breakfast experience. The frozen eggs didn't get heated all the way through. The waffle maker is always a plus. The front desk worker when we checked in and out was great, but it was unattended late at night when we needed help."

"Worst stay ever. Beds are horrible. Pillows are like sleeping on a rock. We had reserved a room with two queens for four people. Only had 3 towels. Called down for more but no one answered. Waited for at least 15 minutes on phone. Finally had to go to front desk. Brought towels up. The next morning we needed 4 showers. Only two had hot water. Would not stay here again. Only there as a stopping point on way to Traverse City. If all you care about is casino, just be aware of the above....

"I liked staying at the Hilton. On our trip, the tv wasn't working and was a big deal for this particular trip. The front desk employee was supposed to come up and look, but forgot. To his credit, it was so busy. They seemed incredibly overstaffed and he did his best. He got the tv on eventually, but then the tv just played the guide on a loop and wouldn't shut off. We also saw the same employee from that 530pm call and still on shift when we checked out at 12 the next day. I will say that...
