"Great place to stay. It is a good location. We arrived at 3 am after a long red eye flight and they were there waiting for us to expedite check in. We really appreciated the extra help getting settled in the middle of the night."

"Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel. The room was very nice & spacious. Cons: The food was okay, but not enough options. They had the same menu everyday. Also, at the restaurant entrance, it said dinner is served from 17:00-21:30, and last call is 21:00. One night, we arrived before 21:00, but we were told that they're already closing. We had to go eat at 7-eleven instead. We were also very disappointed that the hot tub was only open to guests 16 years and older. It wasn't mentioned on their website. We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. But we ended up not going even once because we had a 13 yo & 10 yo with us. "

"The Regent Hotel is in a great location. The breakfast buffet is 6 stars of 5 stars. Lots of variety - American, Chinese, Japanese, etc. The room was very clean and close to train station and shops. I highly recommend this hotel."
