"I only spoke to one employee but she was curious and efficient with checking me in. The room was clean and comfortable along with being nicely decorated. The beds were comfy as were the pillows. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated for Christmas right now. "

"Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. "

"Room was good for the price. As others have stated there are long term residents but all were respectful. We were on the back side and the view of the woods was very nice. The WIFI only seemed to work in the front by the office. They were helpful and apologized for the service not working and that they had called the internet provider. Was not a big deal for us but something to consider. "
