"Our floor was shut off so we had to go up a floor and then down the fire escape to get to our room! We had food in the hotel but the food took ages and our kids dessert came out after asking for it three times! In the room next door there was some much noise! Someone else had call security that came but instead of say that they heard them a came to see what was going on they told them someone had complained!!
