"Clean room nice staff Nb the room was ready when we arrive around 11:00. But the were charging 20 pounds for early Check in, They could have let us in the room. We just let our luggage and did the checkin later that day"

"Easy location to get to by bus from Heathrow. It does cost some money to take the bus. I thought I’d read it was a free shuttle from the airport. Room was great. If it’s hot, ask for an extra room key card so air conditioner won’t shut off when you leave the room. All else great, Comfy bed, extensive morning buffet. Decent price, especially considering expensive London prices. Would recommend. 👍"

"Very professional staff at check in. Extremely efficient process. Bar staff very welcoming. Food was superb. Dog friendly but think the charge per night was a tad excessive. Having said that, we will definitely use the hotel again."
