The check-in process was not easy. Arrived late at night and used the instructions provided but could not get into the room. Messaged the host but they did not respond. They didn’t care to respond at all, even later. The checkout time is very early at 10am which is earlier than most places. The host cannot hold the luggage so you need to walk 10 min from the location to have your luggage stored for an additional fee. All this information was provided after I reserved a place. Otherwise, I would have not booked it. Overall stay away. You get what you pay.

サイトの地図と違うので迷った。部屋に空調設備が無く明け方は少し寒かったがとても綺麗でロケーションも素晴らしい。湯沸しポットもとても便利。共用スペースに冷蔵庫やレンジもありこちらも利便性あり。バスタブが付いていてとても広いシャワールーム。コスパが良いのもお勧めポイント。

Room and location is good but I believe the bedding was not fresh also bed was not comfortable . Too much noise as room is right next to toilet and people from other room often use toilet which make the room noisy

The location is excellent and is perfect for anyone visiting Warsaw. There are a few areas that could be improved. The pillow was quite thin and did not feel like a regular pillow. It would also be better if the bed sheets and pillows were newer and cleaner. The shared hair dryer had a loose plug connection, making it inconvenient for people with long hair. In addition, the electrical outlets seemed to trip the circuit breaker easily, even when I was only charging a low-power device such as Bluetooth earphones. Luckily, it happened at the last night during my stay. Improving the electrical outlets or checking the electrical system would make the stay much more comfortable. Overall, if these issues are addressed, this would be an excellent and very competitive place to stay in Warsaw.

This is NOT an apartment. It is a hostel-style room with shared facilities. Fantastic Inn Warsaw O13 should not be advertised as an apartment rental. You are renting a private room inside a multi-room property, with a shared bathroom and communal refrigerator/microwave area. Had this been clearly described as a room with shared facilities, I would never have booked it. The problems started before arrival. I did not receive the required check-in email or text. I had to call Expedia customer service to get the information needed to access the property. The property itself was extremely unhelpful. The condition was equally disappointing. In my room, the window covering was ripped and hanging from a single clip. The shared bathroom was unpleasant, and the overall appearance was worn, basic and far below what I expected from something advertised as an apartment. This is not a minor wording issue. An apartment means private accommodation. Here you get one room and share essential facilities with other guests. That should be stated clearly and prominently before payment. The listing simply does not prepare you for what you actually arrive to. The central location is convenient, but it does not compensate for misleading categorization, poor communication, poor condition and shared facilities. If you expect an apartment, do not book this. It is a private hostel-style room with shared facilities and should be advertised honestly as such.
