"The staff was friendly!! When we got to our room we had no toilet paper then the toilet was messed up we had to call for a plunger at 3am and again at 10:15 this morning then they left the plunger in front of the room door. Beds are very uncomfortable and the tv wouldn’t turn up or off smh. Our check out was at 11am at 10:52 someone was coming in our room and we were still getting ready to leave no knock or anything very uncomfortable and unprofessional…Yikes!!! "

"1st room was not set up after the previous guest left. 2nd room had no towels in the bathroom, and the floor hadn’t been cleaned. Probably will not return, as there are 5 other options within 2 miles."

"Basic breakfast, only had drinks in vending machines, empty snack machine which is not ideal when arriving late and just looking for something quick to eat before bed. Why have a vending machine thats completely empty. Other than that would recommend "

"I was not told until I checked in and paid that there was no elevator and I had to lug my stuff up 2 fights of stairs. I am physically able but at times travel with older folks who would not be able to do that. I got there late and the vending machine on 2nd floor did not work to get drinks. I told the desk next day. Breakfast was fresh and food area very clean. Maybe a few food items for those who arrive late to buy would be good. "
