We were in the rooms on the square, which were well maintained, clean and additional equipment such as iron/ironing board (but no hairdryer) were provided. It was a heatwave weekend and fans were provided in the rooms. We had drinks in the evening, and breakfast at the pub in the morning, which was excellent. "I only stayed for one night but it was the perfect location for a wholesome day and evening in Warwick. Everything you need and comes with continental breakfast too. If you want a lovely spot for a coffee and an pastry in the morning pop into TwoBros Coffee just a short 5 minute walk down into the city centre."

"Really hot when we were there, but the windows and curtains had been closed so the room was cooler. Great to sit out on the patio area. We watched the England v Norway match out there on our kindle in the cool evening. Staff really friendly and helpful. I had a QR code emailed to me for a free bottle of wine as it was my birthday, so we had a couple of lovely evenings out there during our stay."
