"Really friendly staff in all areas. Bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast excellent and lots of choices. Great location with plenty of parking. Couldnt fault the place!"

"The hotel has been upgraded a lot since we last stayed and was much more pleasant to be in. The breakfast was delicious. However one of the nights was a Saturday and there was a function and the bar was busy. As our room was at the front of the hotel we were disturbed by smokers outside and groups leaving. Worth noting."

"The hotel was lovely with just enough Telegraph themed elements. All the staff we interacted with were friendly, professional and efficient. The only downside is the lack of parking but this wouldn't stop us staying again."

"Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "

"Great property with secure parking and spacious apartment at a great price. Easy to find and access. Comfy bed. Small but clean bathroom. Good wifi. Very quiet in a small village just outside Coventry, near the airport. Passage through to rear car park is quite tight so make sure that you go slowly."

"Quirky room but well designed. Great bathroom. Evidence of maintenance ongoing in other rooms, nothing terrible just wear and tear from visitors that needed attention in room 111. Breakfast was excellent!"

"市街中心部にあり、眺めもいい部屋だった。しかし部屋に入ってみるとエアコンが故障していた。仕方なく扇風機で暑さをしのいだが、ホリディインという有名ホテルでエアコンが故障している部屋を客に案内したことは理解できない。シャワー、トイレ、洗面台の水回り設備は給水排水とも問題なかったがエアコンが故障している為かシャワーの後、バスルームに蒸気がこもってしまった。部屋は清潔だったがエアコン故障の部屋を案内されたことは不満に思う。"
