"The staff amazing but the restaurant was way too expensive and no selection at all same thing every night. The breakfast on the other hand was fantastic. We didn’t like no elevator as it was very hard for seniors to carry so much luggage. also we prefer coffee in the room. There wasn’t a fridge we had one finally brought into the room. Also no cable on tv was a pain it took two people to figure it out so it would work."

"JUN 28/26 Room 201: Toilet Flush Tank ran all day & night. Hopefully they will fix now after i mentioned to them Hot tub: No jet in hottub. Just hot water Pool: Too much cold water & everyone avoided going into it Breakfast: Everything ranout at 0830am & they were struggling to complete the guest request. Not enough seating space as well. Staff & manager were helpful though. They need to pay attention to maintenance of plumbing fixtures. May return again"

"Assuming you don't mind stairs, it was wonderful! We didn't use the whirlpool tub or the hospitality room, but I guess it was nice to have that option. We slept well, and the staff were great."

"Poor management maybe??? Air conditioner did not work. Instead of coming to our room to have a look at it, they told us to wobble it just a bit and it SHOULD work!!! What??? It did not work until l have it a good kick. Phone didn't work, coffee maker did not work, bed and pillows were awful!!! Crappy place to stay, won't make that mistake again! Not worth the money!"

"The beds were extremely uncomfortable, lumpy and felt over used. The rooms are old of course, but there is no vent system in the bathrooms and the room was hot. The elevators went down for most of a day which made bringing stuff up and down for a wedding really difficult. It’s a decent hotel and the area is absolutely beautiful but it’s not worth $250 a night."

"I have stayed here numerous times. It is always a quiet stay. The pool and hot tub are great and the fitness centre is pretty well stocked. The breakfast is a full sit down breakfast served to you in their dining room, not some gross buffet with watery eggs."

"The room was clean and adequate. The air conditioner was noisy so if you are a light sleeper as I am, it might keep you awake. Also, it’s right by the highway so noise from cars and trucks was heard in the early morning hours. There were no extra amenities."

"I was locked out of my room every single day because they didn’t have my key programmed so every day at 11 or something my keyboard shut off and I would have to go have it reactivated. There were people walking around that were obvious extremely high on drugs and I asked the front desk person if that was something that’s normal and it just kind of shrug and smiled and I was like OK. I guess I need to stay inside. It was extremely dirty where other peoples trash was there there’s mold growing in...
