"I’m from Chicago but I took my son to MOA to celebrate his 7th birthday! We had a blast!!! I seriously couldn’t have picked a better hotel!! Front desk staff was super nice, ALL OF THEM!! Hotel was superrrr clean!! Sheets were clean, pillow cases were clean, towels, etc!! The pool area was sooo nice!!! We had soo much fun!! There’s also a restaurant inside of the hotel, the food was soooo good!! I also ordered a few drinks and drunk them in the pool area, it was such a great time!!!! OMG WAITTT! The best part, they have a shuttle that takes you to MOA (Mall of America), our driver was Jill!! She is such a sweetheart!!! We got there Friday, my son’s bday was Saturday, we seen Jill again Saturday and she wished him a happy bday!! That was sooo nice of her to remember!! We just made it home and I’m watching all of the videos from the weekend and I can’t wait to go back!! I’m for sure staying here again!!! This is not a paid review, it’s my honest experience!! Their customer service and hospitality is on point!!! See you all really soon!!!"
