The room and service were great, but we struggled to use the TV to watch our shows on Netflix. We ended up giving up at the end and turned it off.

The hotel was great, no complaints. Vehicle parking was a problem, though: the cost to park in the underground garage was $62 per day. Parking my car there literally doubled my cost to stay at this hotel.
