Glover Park - Georgetown
In my room the refrigerator made it difficult to sleep. It made a low-frequency buzzing and gurgling sound.

Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC/U.S. Capitol
The customer service was outstanding. The amenities in the hotel room were great--coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. The location is next to a grocery and many eateries. Easy to get around the city. I recommend this hotel.
