"This hotel is a treasure! The rooms, the staff, the beautiful lobby, and the dining experience are all exceptional!"

"I can recommend the hotel highly. It’s always a pleasure to stay there."

"Lovely stay at the Four Seasons in Georgetown, Washington DC. The property is beautiful and the hotel service is perfect. There is a lovely spa on the property as well. My husband got a wonderful deep tissue massage. We got upgraded to a suite and it was AMAZING! Modern, clean and renovated, new and spacious. Beautiful decor. A wonderful bath, spacious living room and bedroom. The bed was super cozy. The food service is delicious too! We will be back for another stay! It was beautiful."

"Fantastic stay, friendly staff, nice vibe, beautiful hotel and neighborhood. The breakfast was simple, but delicious with yoghurt, fresh fruit, eggs and bacon or similar options, muffins and cheese. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back."

"The staff that were human were awesome (I've stayed there before). But the hotel's problem solving was AI gone bad. No humans on hand in my building. Everything automated. But the code into my room had issues (though it worked on the main entrance). Then, I couldn't figure out the programming to the cheap remote heater. The coffee maker just flat-out didn't work. You can only ask a computer for help so many times. Shame on the owners for saving so much by screwing potential real humans out of...

"Friendly staff. The space in between the wall and the bed was dirty, which is why I couldn’t give 5 stars."

"Great stay"

"Shower is too slick even when the floor is dry. I’m not sure if it’s because of cleaning residue from housekeeping. But this lead to me falling hard backwards in the shower. Maybe try to use a different cleaning product to prevent this from happening to others. Other than that the stay was good."

"The room was spotless, beautiful view from the balcony and the staff was so friendly"

"Excellent location for site seeing. The staff was friendly and very helpful!!"

"After booking (not before) I received a message from Expedia saying the hotel would charge a $35 per night fee for “amenities” such as WiFi and the pool (which was closed). This essentially increased my room rate by $35 per night. I immediately messaged the hotel via Expedia to query this fee. No one responded. This fee should have been included in the room rate. I find this dishonest and disingenuous. I will not stay at this hotel again for this reason."
