"My room was very spacious and clean!"

"Everytime i stay at a Holiday Inn there is always something thats not working. This time it was the elevator. All these people and only 1 elevator. What a complete disaster. The time before it was the pool, the time before that it was a hot tub. Now, if i checked in and was short 10$ because my wallet isnt working, you think they would let me slide??? Im done with all these tired, ill managed holiday inns with their constant things wrong or not working issues. Not to mention the poor attitude from your front desk. The front desk makes you feel like your a bother and they just want to get their speech out of they way as fast as they can, so they can get you out of their face. Never again will i frequent any Holiday Inn in any city or state. They are all the same. "

"Staff was apathetic, always on their cell phones. Room had trash on ac from previous guest. Payed for upgraded room, that just ment a room on a higher floor. Valet parking only for $48. No self parking."
