"Rooms are ok, but a poor shower, little pressure or hot water. I was shocked, no Dafe Deposit Box. Grab was cheaper than Airport Shuttle! (Grab came in 4 minutes)."

"The shuttle was convenient and quick. The hotel was clean and well-staffed. The restaurant was convenient and there are others extremely close. If you want to book a tour where transportation from the hotel is included, you might want to find a hotel that is closer to the city. Most tours would not pick up from here; it was too far."

"The hotel is in need of major updates. The cleaning of the bathroom is not acceptable. The mini fridge doesn't get cold. There is no microwave in the rooms. The wifi only works in the lobby. All the walls needs to be painted. I had to get a room change because mold was on the shower ceiling and wall. The toilets are not cleaned with bleach. And the towels and robes aren't washed with bleach either. The shower and sink the water went down slow. So the shower and sinks filled with water. And the lights and air conditioner only stay on if you have the keycard in the slot on the wall. The owner needs to put some money into this property and do the updates needed. It was the poorest hotel I have stayed at in quite some time."
