"Breakfast was ok. The eggs were not fresh eggs, had that carton taste. If you eat breads, breakfast would have been fine. "

"Was disappointed this time around. I spent 4 nights at the hotel and housekeeping never cleaned our room. I told the staff 3 days in a row that we needed towels and a change of trash, and I was told that housekeeping would take care of it, and they never did! I’m not a Karen but i’m extremely disappointed after spending close to $2000 and had to chase staff for work that should be done. "The hotel was so convenient to downtown Salem! It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big and modern. The staff went out of their way to be helpful."

"Amazing property. We stayed in the Luxury room (202) and were surprised that the photos did not even do it justice. It was a spacious room, well maintained property with free parking and great amenities."

"Since I last stayed there 3 years ago, considerable upgrades to the rooms. Everything was modern in terms of decor and the bathroom got a nice facelift taking out tub and putting in walk in shower, brand new tile and fixtures. It's in a nice quiet location. We were able to easily Uber out for dinner downtown. Plenty of parking, nice open common area, snacks for purchase, coffee and water available for free. Definitely would stay there again as there are not many options in Beverly."

"There was no breakfast which was a total surprise however we were given $7 coupons to go to a muffin shop in town in the historic district to apply towards buying breakfast. That worked out well particularly because we met local people that were lively and gave us a sense of the town."
