"On the images it shows there is a hot tub, there is not. Signs in the pool area say there is a hot tub, there is not. Fire department was there and the elevator was broken my entire trip. Hotel pool was FREEZING for it being an indoor pool. Toilet constantly hits the wall when you sit down like it isn’t bolted to the floor or wall fully. Hot water runs out fast when showering. Would not stay here again"

"My husband and I were in the area for a surgery and because of a reservation mishap at a different hotel we found ourselves having to make a same day reservation at Candlewood. Doug and the rest of the staff made our arrival and check in a breeze, they were even able to accommodate our special requests. The only odd things about this hotel is that it’s built a bit awkwardly with a split entrance way that made things feel cramped leading to the front desk. Also the one ice machine in the hotel...

"Entrance isn't marked clearly. Room had an odor, bathroom wasn't overly clean. TV volume had a mind of its own, looked like a dog had chewed remote. Room was spacious. Floors looked liked they were new. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy."

"Actuality, your app is more difficult than our stay at motel 6 Danvers. Older motel not hotel as others are. Manager helped us finish our booking. I would always stay at motel 6 whenever acoss the country I went. "

"Everything was great. The room was impeccably clean, but we were missing face cloths, the lights above the beds didn't work (needed new lightbulbs maybe?), and the TV remote was missing. It was late at night when we discovered these things so no one was there to call and it certainly wasn't an emergency. "We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn't come at all. one of the days we told them we didn't need it. We had to go and get coffee bags twice and they are very stingy with them, give you 2. One night we came back to our room and lock was changed, had to go to office for new code. Bed was comfortable I will say. Also temperature in room never changed even when you put the heat up. It was a cold rainy weekend, Brrr."
