"Unfortunately, when I booked this hotel, I was not notified that they were under construction until almost a week later. In addition to that, we were assured that the construction would not interrupt our stay. Not only did we not have access to the amenities that were the reason we booked the hotel, but we also did not have access to a decent breakfast in the morning. The noise, the dust from construction as well as the lack of pool and breakfast were a major issue. The front desk staff were...

"My daughter and her friends stayed there to celebrate her 21st birthday. They had the time of their lives. The room was amazing "

"THe room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The rooms are dated. The bathroom towel bar broke when trying to hang bath towels. The bathroom can use a vanity mirror. The full length mirror in the bedroom could use more lighting surrounding it The location of the Hotel is not ideal if travelling without a car. The closest restaurant in walking distance is Sonic or Wendy's... not great choices. There isn't a grocery store or Target/Walmart within walking distance to grab essentials "

"This was a very wonderful and relaxing stay for my daughter and I. The staff at the Tavern were top notch and we ended up eating dinner there both nights we stayed. We loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do in the area. Will definitely stay again! "
