"My stay at this hotel was amazing, Veronique was an amazing host, she was always there for all my needs and inquiries big and small at any time. She is so knowledgeable, friendly and kind and clearly loves the work she does and does it with pride. We worked together on planning some ventures for myself so I didn’t feel so lost. I stayed in the suite overlooking the ocean and was able to see the sun rise and set which was amazing. The hotel is near by plenty of great restaurants, small grocery stores and big ones. ATM’s, dry cleaners/laundry, pharmacies, bus stops and car rental places. My stay was so great and had almost everything so accessible to me for my first time in Crete! With Iraklio city just 25 min away by local bus and tours to other big, beautiful and busy cities being offered, Crete was just an island of amazing surprises and things to discover! The suite was beautiful clean and modern with a fridge and t.v nice amount of closet space. Breakfast is also offered which is very convenient for those who don’t want to have breakfast at near by restaurants. Overall, I had an unforgettable time, I would visit this Island and hotel again any time! "

"Staff were wonderful, so kind. Buffet was different and delicious, amenities for the all inclusive were incredible - crepes, waffles, drinks, snacks! Minibar in the room was a huge plus, refilled everyday! Private pool was lovely, pool beds were comfy! Room is great, aircon fab, shower great, comfy bed with lots of pillows! WiFi was amazing most of the time! Only had issues when it rained. Wonderful hotel, wonderful people, couldn’t recommend enough!"

"Beautiful property right on the sea. Super clean and well maintained. We had the sea view balcony and it was perfect! Best place to stay away from the crowd but easy walking distance to food, bakeries and the beach. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming! "

"We spent an incredible week at Arina hotel in October , 2025. The room on the first line was spacious and clean, the seaside view and a private pool & sun beds were great. The reception team Natia, Giorgios and all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The evening shows were a real fun especially with entertainment team, dancers and performers. Appreciated that, as there was literally nothing to do or to go to outside the hotel The food at main restaurant was diverse and delicious, and huge props to the restaurant manager Giorgio and all the staff for their hard work. Many thanks to the superstar bartenders for the perfect service. Marina, Olga, Myrto, Dimitri, Panagiotis- cheers I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and fun getaway. "Everything was terrible i had bugs in my bed in my shower and all around the room, my bed sheets where dirty and towels too ( i asked them too clean and change all of this just for it to be dirty), the staff was rude. I booked for 4 nights i only stayed 1 night as the bugs were too much i asked for a refund and got disrespected instead. "
