"Checking in was fine, and I was able to et a late checkout. The staff was okay except for the "valet service." They never opened a door or greeted me when I entered. When I asked for them to calla taxi, the "valet" wanted to hand me a list of phone numbers, so I used Lyft. I was struggling with my suitcase on the way out. Two "valets" were standing a few feet away, and they didn't move!
The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms are bare bones. My room was very small and had no closet...

"The staff were so incredibly friendly. We came in late, and went to dinner late, still received a great meal and service.
Our room was good, with the exception of the room being booked for 4 adults, the pullout couch in main room only slept one adult. The other had to sleep on part of the couch. Also, the room was only set-up for two adults.
Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would reserve this hotel in the future."

"Slightly underwhelmed relative to high expectations. Check in was unmanned when we arrived over an hour after the 3pm time - another couple had been standing outside for 20 minutes. Room (admittedly the least expensive) was very small, no coffee or water in room - available down two flights of stairs. No shampoo. Lounge area is pleasant. Breakfast was very good quality but choice limited. Obviously it isn’t a full service hotel, but you need to step up in other areas and pay attention to detail...

"This property is showing it's age, bathrooms are very small hardly room to move.
The cleaning staff did not speak English and was very hard to get clean towels. We spent two nights and we did not receive any housekeeping on the 2nd day and I had to go looking for clean towels and bath mat."

"Exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, well-designed, and decorated. I love the minimal-no carpet in the room! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I will come back to this location and other locations in this chain after this stay. We traveled with our dog- which we never did before. The hotel made it easy to do so with a room close to the enterance for easy bathroom breaks. I didn’t feel like we were in lesser accommodations because of the dog. Highly recommend!"
