"Excellent location for skiing in Orford, both hotel restaurants were great and their staff were very nice. The hotel pool and hot tub was great but can get crowded. The room we had was not the best for the price. Very small, no counter space and no fan in the bathroom. However bed and pillows were comfortable. "

"We are a family of 5 that stayed for four nights. The staff at this hotel were fantastic! Especially Martin, who drives the shuttle and assists guests at the door. The shuttle will take you to and from the ski hill or anywhere else in Bromont you wish to go, which was great. The staff were very responsive anytime we needed anything. We really loved the outdoor hot tubs, and the exercise room was clean and well equipped. The rooms are a bit dated and the carpet and furniture in our room was showing its age. The sofa bed mattresses really need replacing. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great so when we had noisy neighbours next to us we were very aware of it, but the hotel staff addressed it right away when we asked. The restaurants in the hotel are quite expensive, so we went into town for our meals. Overall, a great experience and we would stay again! "
