"I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. "

This is a river front property, however fishing is not allowed on the rocks currently but there is a place to fish about a quarter of a mile away in the neighborhood. The bed is super comfy. "Loved the decor that was related to the Muscle Shoals music history. The only things I didn’t like were the pillows, flat and I would have liked a coffee pot in the room. All staff excellent. Great dining experience in Grill 360. Good music in Swampers Bar and Grill. The pool area is beautiful."
