"Staff were very helpful, except for one moment during check in at front desk a woman was extremely rude to my room who was checking in, her attitude was beyond belief, she had blonde hair and older woman truly frustrating but after that we were attended by very polite staff. Beautiful room very spacious, lots of natural light, very quiet, walls were very thick so nothing could be heard from next door, lack of trash cans was my only concern."

"I wouldn’t use this hotel again, they overcharge you after you get there, you will pay $105.00 a night for valet parking on top of it my family and I got the breakfast buffet, paying $ 35.00 each, after that they tip them selves adding 18% to the bill just for giving you a glass of water, by the way eating the breakfast sausages got me sick the whole day. Go somewhere else there are other options much better than this with free parking and better food."

"The hotel, location and staff were amazing; however, at 8 am construction started on the exterior of the building. There was no notice of this when booking or checkin. I would consider rating a 1 but the overall experience otherwise was hands down a 5!"

When we checked in, we were excited about the lobby. It was vibrant and really well laid out. At the counter we checked in early because we paid to do so for one of our rooms. "I need to say that the bedding was awful. There were flat sheets instead of fitted on the bottom. The bottom sheets came undone as well as the mattress pad so when you woke up you were actually laying on the matress with everything crumpled below. While sleeping everything was crumpled. It was a battle all nite long. For the price, why skimp on something important like that?!?! All we wanted was a comfortable nights sleep."
