"Room very small, although very clean. Hardly any room around the bed. No chair. Shower very erratic, freezing cold one minute, scalding another. Apart from the staff member who checked me in, I was ignored every time I passed the reception post. Staff couldn’t be bothered even to say good morning. Very disappointing."

"Nice little place tucked away from the main Holborn roads perhaps tricky to locate as it’s situated in a highly residential alcove. Property obviously updated to accommodate travellers. Not suitable for families but good for couples and solo travellers. One thing to be aware of which the hotel also need to clearly announce you have to pay a £100 card deposit then call back 24 hours later to get a refund the link they send is not active if you book via Expedia. "Great location 5 minutes from Pimlico tube station on the Victoria Line. Victoria 15 minutes walk away as is Buckingham Palace. Hotel is functional but room very small and the en suite was not fit for purpose with toilet 10mm from wall so difficult if you are 6 foot. As we were on ground floor quite noisy with people walking through reception and walls were quite thin. Room was clean and the staff in reception friendly. The room rate was chunky in relation to the size. "
