"Excellent stay, quiet room and good food. I suggest staying in the main building, as the annexe is far from everything, and the path between the annexe and the main building can get slippery on rainy days (and it rains a lot in England). The wine list and beer selection need improvement."

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff were the kindest, most conscientious, considerate, cheerful people we’ve ever seen in a hotel and they seemed to take great pride in their work. The room was nice and had a sofa that we could both sit on whereas most king rooms only have one chair at other hotels.
