"Room was filthy and nothing was cleaned. I took pictures of the shower because no one has cleaned it. Stains were on the couch. King size bed with queen sized sheets and blankets. We paid extra for a hot tub room and the tub was nasty so we couldn’t even use it. Found bugs in the tub and shower."

"The towels were thin and not suitable for adult use. Our room smelt musty and the floor was sticky. I don’t believe the sheets were changed from previous use. Usually I don’t leave any reviews. I was disappointed that this was a corporate owned property that was not up to my minimum standards."

Trued calling front desk to let them know and the response i got was "what do you want me to do about it". 1st off clean it or do something, those are literally bodily fluids.
