"The staff were all extremely helpful and even left a birthday surprise for my dad in my room. I spoke to the receptionist a week before and explained that I was visiting to surprise him for his birthday. It was a wonderfully personal extra that they did not need to do.
The rooms were warm, but that was the weather and they tried their best to keep the rooms cool.
