"Staff were extremely friendly, they even sent a btl of wine to the cabin as a birthday gift...So kind of them... The cabin was very clean...Only reason i gave it an overall 3 stars was because the cabin had an old musty odour i'm assuming dutch is because of the age of the cabins... As well, it's a little bit of a tourist trap, lots of buses and people pulling in to walk the Canyon and I do prefer privacy versus lots of tourists..Hence the 3 stars, but overall rooms were clean. Shower was hot....

"We stayed at Brewster Mountain Lodge for 2 nights in May. They allowed us to check in early just before noon as our room was ready. Check in was a breeze and counter staff were efficient and helpful with suggestions on where to dine or go for a hike. "The room and the property was very clean. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and had a beautiful view from the rooftop. There was also a nice seating area with a fireplace in the hot tub area. "This hotel is within the Banff National Park on the Bow River. There are mountains everywhere you look and a beautiful nature trail that takes you right into downtown Banff which is along the river. The hotel experience was wonderful in all ways - beautiful room, delicious breakfast and afternoon snacks, (we did the Gold experience which I would highly recommend) heated pools, restaurants, and morning yoga classes. The staff were exceptional also. We can’t wait to return!"

"The room and hotel are basic and are a good economical choice for Banff. In room ameneties include coffee, fridge, shampoo, and body wash. The mattress is older, but other than that, the room was comfortable. It said parking was included, but there was no parking available when we arrived. We were told to park in a public parkade. However, you need to move your vehicle every nine hours. The location is the best!"
