"The tea is available at night and decaf coffee on the first floor. It was nice to have a chamomile tea before bed after a long day. Had a really good sleep in the king size bed with the best pillows. Costco and Chick-fil-A are down the street. I would stay there again."

"We went for my son open house in RIT and it’s a long drive from NYC.
The staff at the front desk were so nice and the guy at the breakfast was so kind he give us a container for pancakes we are running late. This was so nice of him we really appreciate after a good night sleep and rest.
We probably will be there a lot of time more our son decided to go to RIT."

"There was a constant smell of weed, the room had the shampoo holder off the wall, no clock in the room, the lamp that had the outlets didn’t hold the plug, the mattress did not stay in place. There was garbage that sat outside for 48 hrs. Just cancelled my future stay. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The environment wad peaceful , calm and quiet. My room and bathroom facility was cleaned daily. The staff were professional, and courteous. There hotel guests are the priority and they make every effort in delivering that type of service."
