"My room was large, clean, with nice sunset view, a large full bathroom with plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable. Sheets were OK. There was a nice size fridge in the room. The hotel is in the dining/shopping district, on the same block and sharing the parking garage with the visitors' center, and The American Shakespeare Center and The Blackfriars Playhouse. I cannot think of a better location in Staunton. The coffee in the lobby was remarkably good, well worth noting. Guests were nice. I highly recommend the hotel, I will definitely return."

"Drastically overrated on Expedia, this property is more in line with a 3-star rating or less. A roadside motel by the interstate in bf Virginia, the grounds were filthy, the room was poorly maintained with a cracked sink, an industrial-style gas station toilet and a noisy AC unit. There are other options in the immediate area -- avoid this dump."

"How can I review a place Ivdidnt get thaler my flight was delayed and cancelled for one day I get to charlitted the same day so flew the 16 and left Charlottesville the same day I don’t have no clue how Inside Holiday inn looks like I should have credit for it I paid insurance for my flight and i didn’t get any incentive I went to the airport on Friday i day and United sent me home and booked me a flight for saturday morning"
