"Stayed for 1 night. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but the staff fell short. We were told at check-in that the restaurant would open at 7am. We went down to the restaurant and 8:05. A woman was behind the counter. She looked at us but didn’t say anything. We asked if we ordered at the counter and she responded “ yes in 5 to 10 minutes.” She was not friendly or very happy. We walked down the street to find some place that would be happy to serve us breakfast. At checkout my wife voiced her concerns to the desk. The gentleman at the desk said he knew that she was late to work but didn’t know why. We took the manager’s card and tried to contact him but didn’t get a response. This is a very nice hotel but some of the staff definitely needs to work on hospitality."
