"Value for money"

"A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! "

My bed had hair all over it under the sheets stains on the tables shower looked dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned. I got moved to another room and that bed had stains all over the sheets that resembled urine had to then request new sheets that I had to put on myself. The elevators are disgusting. Ice machine leaking water everywhere. The general manager was extremely rude hung up on me. I asked for a...

"Very convenient to interstate. A/C didn’t function properly. Fee for parking in their lot…never experienced that in 69 years of travel."

"Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

"Elevators were broke; night clerk was very hard to understand, but did accommodate with room on the first floor. Hotel is pretty beat up and showring wear. Cleanliness was average to slightly above. This property is NOT in keeping with what I usually see from Comfort Inns. "

"Super cute and quirky hotel located in the heart of Richmond. Walking distance to Pearly’s which is a top breakfast restaurant and several coffee shops. Parking is convenient but a little pricey. Would absolutely stay again"
